The Grok Bot Playbook: 50 Ways to Put Its Latest Features to Work

The most useful Grok Bot update last month is also the least flashy: Your bot can now have its own email address.
If that sounds minor, it isn’t. Give your bot an address, hook it up to a few apps and you can build workflows that kick off without you lifting a finger.
For example, if a prospect emails your bot, it can research the company, check your CRM and draft a personalized reply. Or a receipt lands at a different alias, the bot can log the expense. A newsletter hits a third address, and its contents get filed for your weekly research briefing.
And that's just email.
Over the past month, Grok Bot has also added interactive dashboards, deeper X integration, better access to websites and mobile apps, stronger coding workflows and new ways to share specialized bots across a team.
Some of these are brand new, and others make existing workflows easier to build or more useful. The real payoff comes when you start combining them.
A bot that can read and filter your email is helpful. A bot that reads your email, cross-checks your calendar, spots a commitment you forgot and drafts the follow-up is a different animal.
I pulled together 50 use cases from recent product releases, demos and examples shared by Grok Bot users on X and YouTube. Instead of sorting them by industry, I've grouped them by feature, so you can see what changed and several ways to use each capability.
Every workflow comes with a prompt you can adapt. Some you can try today; others need extra integrations or more setup.
Throughout the guide you'll also find ⭐ Forward Future Team Picks. I asked Matt, Alex and Brian for their favorite bots and workflows, then added a few of my own. They range from managing email and researching leads to editing video and running a team of AI software engineers. One of them is Alex's actual bot, which you can try yourself.
You won't need all 50. But I'd be surprised if you didn't find a handful worth putting to work this week.

SemiAnalysis says SpaceX has 3.6 gigawatts of data-center capacity under construction and could reach roughly 13 gigawatts in 2027. The plan repurposes rocket campuses, adds new sites and leans on Tesla-made power equipment to cut construction time. If it holds, SpaceX would add about as much capacity in 18 months as Google built over nearly three decades.
Anthropic released FlashProve, an open-source prototype that lets users verify that an answer came from a specific AI model without exposing its private weights. The system creates a cryptographic proof that can reveal if a provider quietly swapped in a cheaper model or misrepresented a benchmark result. Anthropic says the research is not yet planned for deployment.
Uber says AI agents booked just four rides and placed 500 Uber Eats orders during Halloween week, when the company handled roughly 320 million trips and orders overall. CEO Dara Khosrowshahi noted that booking through the app already takes about 50 seconds, leaving agents little time to save. Despite the limited adoption, Uber sees AI assistants as another potential source of demand.
Nothing plans to ship its first standalone AI device in December, targeting workplace productivity. CEO Carl Pei says it has no new screen and couldn’t have been an app, but hasn’t revealed its functions or price. Pei argues AI must prove its value at work before becoming essential in everyday life—and that its broader “iPhone moment” is still years away.

AI LABS
China Builds Always-On AI Laboratories

China is connecting scientific datasets, AI models, computing resources and robotic laboratories that can design, run and refine experiments around the clock. Its scientific models generally trail the strongest U.S. systems, but a coordinated national infrastructure could make research faster and cheaper while reducing dependence on Western technology.
The near-term focus is commercial: drugs, industrial materials and solar cells rather than speculative breakthroughs. XtalPi already serves 17 of the world’s 20 largest pharmaceutical companies and is developing a facility designed to test 1,000 solar-cell prototypes a day, compared with one or two per human researcher. → Read the full article here.
